Does the $450 discount apply to tankless water heaters?
No. This offer covers gas and electric tank water heater replacements only. Tankless conversions are priced separately at $4,000 to $6,000 depending on venting and gas line work, and are not included in the discount.
Is the trip fee waived as part of this offer?
No. Our standard $75 trip fee still applies and is not waived under this promotion. We’d rather tell you that up front than surprise you with it later.
Is gas more expensive than electric?
No — a standard tank replacement is $1,695 either way, which becomes $1,245 with this offer. Fuel type doesn’t change the tier. What can change it is access, venting and capacity.
What is the expansion tank charge?
Current code requires an expansion tank when a new water heater is installed. If your home doesn’t already have one, it’s an additional $250–$450 depending on the size and fit required. Many homes already have one, in which case there’s nothing to add.
What isn’t included in the price?
The tier prices cover like-for-like replacement in an accessible location. Additional venting or re-routing existing venting isn’t included. If any other plumbing work is needed, we identify it and quote it before we begin — never after.
How do I claim the discount?
Mention this offer when you schedule. It has to be mentioned at the time of scheduling to be applied — we can’t add it retroactively after the work is done.
