A burst washing machine hose or a failed water heater can do thousands of dollars of damage in a couple of hours. This device watches your plumbing around the clock and can shut the water off before that happens — even when nobody's home.
What It Is
The Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff installs directly on your home's main water line. It continuously measures how much water is moving through your house and at what pressure, learns what "normal" looks like for your home, and flags anything that isn't.
If it sees something serious — a burst pipe, a line that's been running wide open for an hour — it can close the valve and stop the water on its own, then send the alert to your phone.

Common Questions
Where does it get installed?
On the main line where water enters the home — usually a crawlspace, basement, garage or utility area, downstream of your main shutoff. It needs power nearby and a usable Wi-Fi signal at that spot. We'll tell you straight if your location won't work before we sell you anything.
Does it shut the water off by itself?
Yes, if it detects a major leak or burst. You can also trigger it manually from the app, or turn that automatic behavior off if you'd rather approve it yourself.
What if my Wi-Fi goes out?
The device keeps monitoring and can still shut off on its own for a major event. What you lose while it's offline is the phone alerts and remote control until the connection is back.
Can I finance it?
